OUTLOOK hangs when starting it

Had

We have had a common problem now for 4 months, the thing
is its so random its hard to pin point. When a user logs
onto their W2k workstation and try to go into OUTLOOK it
just hangs on the OUTLOOK bmp. no errors, no logs, no dr
watson, no cpu or memory usage. Just hangs. I have tried
registry fixes, SPacks, The only thing that fixes it there
and then until the next time is to restart the machine.
This works the same 100% of the time.

We are running a W2k server/advanced server system with
300 users on it. Running Exchange. Any else had this?
Thanks.

On those users where Outlook hangs, find and rename outcmd.dat to .old.
THen restart Outlook and it should be a lot snappier to open.
