Hi

sbs 2003 standard. On one of the PCs the outlook gets stuck often. I am
getting below events in event log.

What is the problem and how can I fix it?

Thanks

Is it one computer, or one user? I'm assuming the latter. The first thing
I'd do for this is to log in as the user and go to CP -> Mail. View or
change existing e-mail accounts, click Exchange, and find the setting to
turn off Cached Exchange Mode. If that works, I'd delete the user's OST,
then turn Cached Mode back on and allow Outlook to create a new OST.

The second thing I'd do if the above failed is to create a new mail profile
for the user. However, that will use the old OST, so if you do that you
also need to get rid of the existing OST first.

If it's effecting multiple users on that computer, ignore the above. First,
start Outlook in Safe Mode (Start -> Run -> outlook.exe /safe). If that
fixes it, disable all the add-ins and re-enable them one at a time until you
find the one causing the problem. If not, go to CP Add/Remove. Run a
repair on Outlook from there.

I've had to recreate OSTs pretty often, especially if the users mailbox is
large.

good luck!
