OUTLOOK FREEZING IN TERMINAL SERVICES

Here's my problem on my client's new site...

1 x Win2K Server (SP3) ISA SErver (SP1 + Feature Pack) as
Firewall PIII 800 512MB RAM
1 x Win2K Server (SP3) Terminal Server + File/Print for
30 Users Dual Zeon 2.4 3GB RAM, Office XP Pro
1 x SBS2000 (SP3) Exchange Store, DHCP, DNS, etc, 2GB RAM
Single Zeon

Firewall server is a member and the Terminal Server and
SBS box are DCs within a simple
AD structure. Everything is fine accept for Outlook XP
or Exchange 2000 interaction, it slows
every user to a crawl any time a user uses outlook to
read a mail, or look at their appointments

All servers sit on the same 10/100 switch, I've had the
cable engineer check the switches and
cables. The system only grinds to a halt whenever
outlook is used in any way. No memory is used
pages/sec on the RAM does hit very high even with only a
couple of users are on but that's it.

Can anybody help, I'm about to launch an incident for the
client but that will take time to respond to.

Can anybody else help me?

First of all, run dcpromo on your terminal server and
remove AD. Make it a member server only. Secondly, if
Outlook is the only problem, I would uninstall the Office
Suite and Reinstall it through Add/Remove Programs in
Control Panel and see if that doesn't solve the problem.
