Second attempt to resolve in newsgroup

Hello All,

I have a system that is running Windows98 and Outlook 2000, sp2. If I go
into safe mode (/Safe), I am able to open Outlook. If I try any other
command line switch, or no command line switches, Outlook hangs and appears
to go into a tight loop. I have tried completely uninstalling Outlook, then
reinstalling it. I have blown away all profiles and started with a new
profile. It doesn't make any sense. Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks,
Allen

yes. Current on all security fixes, service packs, A/V, used two programs to
scan for spyware. Any more ideas or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in Advance,
Allen

It sure would be nice if Microsoft had some sort of QA procedure on their
white papers and KB articles!
