Outlook Forms

I have several users on different Outlook platforms (i.e. 2000, 2002
and 2003) They utilize the same one-off form to forward information
regarding products, however, when one user sends out info using this
form, there are a few that are not able to reply. They receive the
error message - The form you have selected cannot be displayed. I
have no common threads as far as troubleshooting this issue. I have
tried clearing cache and copy the form from the Organizational Library
to their personal forms folder, but no avail. Any help will be
greatly appreciated!!
 
Your message is confusing -- is it a one-off form or a normal published
form? What form is specified for the Reply action on the (actions) tab.
