Outlook forms

Is there a way to change the icon appearance of a form if it has a
mail message class? My users want to be able to view this particular
form differently within their inbox.

You can set the icon on a custom form on the (Properties) page in design
mode.

Thanks Sue. However, I have tried that to no avail. I also tried
clearing the cache within the forms management, etc. Is there a way to
force the use of the icon?

What's the issue here? The newsgroup interface you are using apparently does
not quote earlier messages in the thread, making your latest message so
short on detail that you risk not getting the answer you're looking for.
Please take the time to quote the original message.

Is there a way to force the use of an icon (the way it posts within
the inbox) that is not a default of the mail message class?

The normal procedure is to associate an icon with a custom form on its
(Properties) page, then any items using that custom form will display the
icon for that class of form. It is possible also to change the icon with CDO
or Redemption using a MAPI property tag, but only to one of a number of
built-in (and undocumented) icons, not to a custom icon.
