Outlook 2007 Form Template Icon

Newbie

Outlook 2007, WIN XP: I downloaded an old "While You Were Out" template, and
have been able to tweak it slightly by changing the background color to pink
(in order to match the actual standard paper form). This will make it
visually easier for the receiver to distinguish it from a regular e-mail
message.

The icon on the form is a "monitor" with a piece of paper in front of it.
When I send a test message to myself, that icon appears in my e-mail. But
when I send a test message to anyone else, the standard "envelope" icon
appears. I would like to further enhance the receiver's visual distinction
by not using the standard icon. How can I remedy that?

(This is my first attempt at using a pre-made template form, so I am
definitely a 'newbie,' and would appreciate step-by-step instructions if
possible.)
