I created Custom forms using outlook 2003. my computer got upgraded to office
2007. when i tried to open my Custom forms using outlook 2007, i keeps
getting this error message:: outlook has blocked access to this form template
file. if you know and trust the person who created the form, on the file
menu, point to new, click choose form, and then in the look in list, click
user templates in file system".

Any suggestions
Thanks

Did you try following the instructions given by the warning message? That's
the procedure you need to follow to use most .oft files in Outlook 2007.

Sue Mosher,
Thanks for your reply, Yes I tried those steps... same thing. we used to
just double click on the form to open it.
somehow after the upgrade to office 2007, some type of security update that
came with the installation blocked us from opening them.
I'm not the only one who is getting that all my team are get the same.
Is there is any way to fix this issue for us.
Thanks

Sorry, but I don't know what you mean by "same thing."

You cannot just double-click an .oft file in Outlook 2007, unless it
contains absolutely no form design elements, onlyboilerplate text. To get a
designed form to work, you must use either the Choose Form command or write
a macro that does the programmatic equivalent by invoking the
CreateItemFromTemplate method.
