outlook folder email - HELP

I am using Outlook 2002 SP3

I want to create a rule ( or you tell me what ) so that incoming email will
be sent to different folders:

1. If the sender’s email address is found in my Global Address Book place
the email in my Outlook inbox
2. If the sender’s email address is found in my Contacts from my Outlook
Address Book place the email in my Outlook inbox
3. If the sender’s email address is not found in 1 or 2 place the email in
my Outlook yet to be named Folder

No need to ask more than once. Waiting only 24 minutes isn't being very
patient.
