Outlook Outlook files transfer

My motherboard packed in on my PC so I went out and bought a new tower. I've put the Hard Disk drive of my old PC into the tower on the secondary as a slave and been sucessfull in copying files to the new HDD. Windows XP crashed on the old HDD and won't run and so I've re-installed XP on the new HDD together with MS Office. I'm now trying to get to my emails that are on the old HDD but can't find the file. I've searched for the .PST file on the old HDD but can't find it.

Please can someone advise on how to get to my old emails
