Outlook Fb ThreadWnd message

I am using Outlook 2003 Win Xp.

When I start up my computer, the outlook seems to be
running fine. If I close this program (without shutting
down) I am unable to start up Outlook again. Upon
shutting down the computer a message that Outlook Fb
ThreadWnd needs to be closed appears.

I have tried using the re-installing and repair function
but this does not help.

PLEASE HELP
