Hello all (especially MS)

Got one that has me stumped here and I'd love to see some suggestions or
possibly a confirmation that this is a bug of some kind:

Got an end-user who manages the calendars of multiple executives. As such
she has delegated access to all of their calendars. The Back-Office system
is as follows:

Active/Active/Passive Exchange 2003 SP2 Mail Server running on Windows 2003
SP1, along with 3 Front-End Servers (two SMTP and One OWA/OMA/ActiveSync
Host).

Client - Windows XP SP2, Outlook 2003 SP2, all updates pushed to system via
WSUS.

Basically Outlook Blows when the user performs the following actions:

Opens Outlook

Clicks on the Calendar Button on the Side-Bar, checks off one or more of the
additional Calendars in the "Other Calendars" menu that she wishes to
observe.

Clicks on the Mail Button on the Side-Bar

99.9% of the time Outlook will immediately blow with the following two
events logged on the system:

And to avoid a bunch of uneeded suggestions, the following
diagnostic/resolution methods have been tried: (with no success)

Outlook Started in Safe Mode
All Office Plug-ins disabled
Outloook uninstalled, Office registry purged, and Outllook/Office
reinstalled.
Windows XP started in Diagnostic Startup Mode and a completely minimal
number of service running
All Offline Files (.OST, Address Book/Cache, etc...) Deleted and allowed to
re-create

What DOES work is if Cached mode is disabled, The the above actions can be
taken without blowing the machine. Nears as I've been able to establish,
Outlook works just fine in every other respect, it only blows in Cached Mode
and if the following "open Calendar" actions documented here are taken.

So, anybody got any good suggestions

Yes.

Another item I should have mentioed was ActiveSync 4.1 was also removed and
it was tested without that installed. Makes no difference either way.
