Outlook 2003 crashes when I trying to print mails

Hi Folks!!,

I have a issue with Outlook 2003. When I open a mail to print it causes a
crash and Outlook is closed with a error message.
I have locked on event viewer and I can see the next error:

You'll want to check all your Outlook Add Ins as a first step. Disable them
all, then add them back one at a time, testing Outlook inbetween.

Also make sure Office is fully patched by visiting the Microsoft site.

You can also try registering the dll that's causing the problem: Start > Run

regsvr32 Mshtml.dll (then hit enter).

If that doesn't fix the problem, run System File Checker. At Start --> Run,
type: SFC /SCANNOW (note the space between SFC and the forward slash), and
hit OK or Enter. Follow any on-screen instructions and have your WinXP CD
handy in case you are prompted to insert it in your CD drive.

As well, if you don't have any anti-spyware apps loaded on your PC, you
should consider getting one or even two (since there is no standard at this
time on what is considered spyware, one will likely catch something another
will miss) so you can scan your PC.

Did you restart outlook or reboot after deleting it? Did you try detect and
repair? Does it crash for all messages or only HTML formatted messages?
