Outlook Express

I've moved Store Folder on to mapped network drive.
When I restart computer without connecting the network dirve, Outlook
Express creates new
Store Folder on local drive. How prevent OE before creating new Store
Folder.
The best solution would be that OE display error massage and dosn't
download new mails.

Thx for any help.
