hi,
i would like to ask about a problem i'm having

when i try to print a mail from outlook express to a laser printer i get a
printout where all the first letters from the left are missing. it's like
the printing starts 1cm before the left margin of the page.
when i print from any other programm (word, excel, notepad etc) the printing
is fine.
i've tryied from printer settings, but nothing changed.
any ideas ?

thnx in advance for your help
Matthew

I seen this happen. Re-install the laser printer drivers.

Outlook Express uses Internet Explorer print settings. Change the margins in
IE.

Outlook Express uses the same print engine as Internet Explorer.

For print size: IE | View | Text Size | Make adjustment.

For margins: IE | File | Page Setup. Default setting is 0.75, (19mm), all
around.
