Outlook Express

Outlook Express: for the past several days I have been
unable to receive mail. It will receive 5 emails then
quit. When I delete those and start up again it receives
the same emails. Anyone got any solutions ? I have had
problems since Service pk 1 changed me to Internet
Explorer 6 and Outlook Express 6.0.
How can I change back to old version of Outlook Express ?
