Outlook Express won't send e-mail after SP 3 download.

I downloaded and installed SP3 a couple of days ago and now I cannot get my
Outlook Express (I believe it is 6.0) to send e-mail. It receives it just
fine. Can anyone help me with a fix for this?

I apologize if this was already covered but I couldn't find it with a search.

You could not find the topic here because this is a Windows
newsgroup. Best to try an OE newsgroup!
