Outlook express will not automatically receive e-mails

Hi, i recently had to uninstall and reinstall Mailwasher pro. Since i did
that Outlook Express won't automatically receive emails. I have to select
'receive all' to get the emails. In the options menu i have selected
automatically download messages when viewing in the preview plane, but still
it doesn't work properly.

Any help would be appreciated.

for messages every XX minutes checked?

Tools | Accounts | Mail | Properties | General. Is: Include this
