Outlook Express

I had to reload my XP because I had alot of virus. But
after reloading it I can get on the internet and it will
go to Outlook Express but I'm unable to recieve or sent e-
mails. Ihave loaded McAfee Firewall and McAfee Anti
Virus. It does not work with the firewall and anti virus
or when I disable it it still will not work. Can I
reload only Outlook Expree with out reloading
everything? I have determined it is not my server or the
anti virus that is the problem. The problem is with
Outlook Express. Can someone help me??

IF your system is clean: run this edit first:

To use the Regedit: Save the REG File to your hard disk. Double click it
and answer yes to the import prompt. REG files can be viewed in Notepad by
right clicking on the file and selecting Edit.

If still no go:

Enable Reinstallation of Internet Explorer or OE (Line 114)

Once done:

Re-install Outlook Express - Click Start, Run and enter %SystemRoot%\Inf.
Locate the MSOE50.INF file. Right click it and select Install.
