i have mcaffee & when emails com in spam or no spam when i delete them it
appears that they are gone but they come back sometimes as many as 4 times
like they were never deleted

In OE, on the File menu you will find a way to create a new "Identity". With
this new identity, use the feature that lets you "Import" the old identity's
mail, and setup the email account for it. Your inbox message store is
probably corrupt.
