McAffee Toolbar won't go away, can't uninstall McAffee - outlook 2

This is not quite as annoying as my still unanswered question re How to Get
Rid of Biz Contact Mgr toolbar, but close.

I can make McAffee Toolbar go away but then it comes back whenever I restart
Outlook 2007. I'd be happy to simply uninstall McAffee from Outlook since it
seems to consider a very large percentage of my emails as spam - INCLUDING
THOSE FROM PEOPLE IN MY ADDRESS BOOK TO WHOM I HAVE SENT EMAILS - WHAT KIND
OF SPAM FILTER IS THAT??? --
However, as far as I can tell, I cannot remove the addin from Outlook 2007
like I can Biz Comm Mgr.

How do I make this toolbar stop displaying permanently??
Thank you.

Uninstall McAfee, if there is also a removal tool on McAfee site use that
also.
Clear Temp files & reboot
When you reinstall McAfee do so without the Outlook Intergration

Within Outlook, Tools>Trust Centre>Addins.........Manage Com Add-ins

When you write McAfee, you don't specify what program it is from McAfee.
Most of McAfee's applications are highly customizable, so you should be
able to specify exactly what functions you want to enable or disable.
