Auto Disconnect Dialog Box GONE!

I have just installed Norton 360 and my Auto Disconnect Dialog box has gone.
I have checked the advanced settings in Internet options and both ticks are
on Advanced Dial up. Very annoying when you close the browser and you have to
click on the disconnect icon! Howvever, It does appear when i close Outlook
Express because I never installed The Norton spam. If I do install it, the
Auto Disconnect Dialog Box is gone! Any help would be great..thanks
