I have two questions. First, is there any way to keep my
password on outlook express? I have the box checked but
it does not keep it. Second, How do I change my setting
so that I can get my attachment to download? It tell me
the OS has deleted them because they can cause harm.
They don't contain viruses though.
Please help me or tell me where I can find the help I
need.

1) See this MS Knowledge Base article:
OLEXP: Your Outlook Express Password Is Not Retained in Windows 2000 or XP
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;q264672

or read the same solution boiled down for XP only here:

2) Tools > Options> Security. Check the settings here that relate to
attachments.
