Outlook Express

I have Window XP Pro and use outlook Express for my email
which is fine for a few months then suddenly it looses
the link so I cannot get any of my emails sent or
recieved, its happened 3 times so far. Is there anything
I can do to stop this happening again.
 
Post any error messages you're getting. In the meantime, disable email
scanning by your anti-virus application. It provides no additional
protection and may be the cause of the problem.
