"Could not perform this operation because the default mail client is not
properly installed"
This is the message I get every time I try to use the email links on any web
pages....What do I need to do to fix this problem?

One thing to try...
Control Panel|INTERNET OPTIONS|CONNECTIONS tab. Make O.E. the default.
