Outlook Express

I cannot get Outlook Express to work after a recent
computer crash...
 
Reinstall your IE version and do the following before you do:

Start | Run | regedit | OK.

Navigate to:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Active Setup\Installed Components\{44BBA840-CC51-11CF-AAFA-00AA00B6015C}

Change IsInstalled value from 1 to 0. Then reinstall IE.
