Outlook express won't install with ie 8

I have had a computer crash and rebuild due to faulty hard drive. My computer
tech was unable to install outlookexpress on my new computer once ie8 was
installed, and I WANT OUTLOOK EXPRESS! Please help me.
The error message when I try to launch outlook express says:
"Outlook express could not be started because MSOERES.DLL could not be
found.Outlook Express may not be installed correctly "
Please send me a link or patch to fix this!
Please tell microsoft to unkill Outlook Express

You need to ask your question in a discussion group for OE, not in this
group for the Access database product.

Try this to find an OE group.

As you appear to be using a web interface, try this:

http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/en-us/

In the tree on the left, open English, then open Windows. In the Windows
subcategory, find and open the subcategory for Outlook Express, and find a
group there for your post.

I tried what you suggested and it wouldn't let me post a new post. It kept saying 'error on the page; this is very frustrating!
