Outlook Express won't start

Margaret McRae

OE crashed when I was using the address book. Since then,
whenever I try to open it I get "OE has encountered a
problem and must close". "App Name msimn.exe, App ver
6.0.28000.1123, Mod Name Wab32.dll." Sounds like the
wab32.dll is damaged. What can I do?
