error starting

Every time I start my computer I get an error and get promptedto send
report (whih I always do). It says windows explorer has encountered
problem and has to shut down. The error says:

App name: Explorer.exe App Ver: 6.0.2900.512 Mod Name: ws2_32.dll

Mod Ver: 5.1.2600.5512 Offset: 71ab6a55

Then, after sending the report it continues and aparently it i
working, but every now and then I stops navigating and I have t
restart the computer

Any clues as to what may have caused this to happen? Any recent changes
to hardware or software or configuration settings? Does Event Viewer
provide any information?
