outlook express won't send of receive mail

Outlook express won't send or receive emails. I have no idea what is wrong. Any suggestions?
 
I AM ON DIRECWAY SATELITE AND FOROME STUPID REASON WAS DISCONNECTED......EVER SINCE I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO ACCESS OUTLOOK EXPRESS ?????
 
Do you have everything set up correctly in Outlook Express (your POP3
server, SMPT server, user name and password, etc)? Contact your ISP for
help.

You need to go into tools, options, programs, then click mail. If you have the inbox address, and outbox etc, type it in and Outlook will take over. If you use a free mail server such as Yahoo, etc., it may not work at all. Outlook will try and set itself up as default mail but you need the POP info to type in. Good luck
