Outlook Express & Windows XP upgrade

I recently installed the Windows XP upgrade on a computer that was running
Win 98SE, after doing so I went to Outlook Express to check emails, and I
noticed I had lost all folders, and emails that I had with Oulook Express and
Win 98. Are all of the emails still on my computer somewhere that I can
Import them. I was using OE ver 6, prior to install, and still have OE ver 6
after install? I would appreciate any help.
