Outlook Express-opening attachments

I received a picture with a list of people in the
picture,on the bottom,below the picture. The list of
people came through,but the picture didn't. There is a
small red x in the upper left hand corner of the
attachment but nothing happens when you click on it.

Go to TOOLS/OPTIONS/SECURITY and see if there's a box there that says 'Do
not allow attachments.....'. If it is checked, uncheck it. Be warned that
future attachments could be a virus, so you should have a good anti-virus
application installed.

copied and pasted the e-mail and never attached the
