Outlook Express not working right

Hi y'all. I consider myself an advanced computer user but
this has me stumped. I am running Win XP Pro with all
updates and the whole nine yards. My outlook Express
works fine with these 2 exceptions. I have checked the go
directly to my inbox box but it never does and it will
not accept my MSN email account. I keep getting this
error, 0x800ccf0, as you my know this is an error for
outlook 2002. My MSN account is my default one and it
works fine on other PC's. Is there a way to fix it on
this one. I have reinstalled IE6 but that didn't help.
