Outlook Express Newsgroup

I am unable to save attachments (greyed out) from newsgroups. I can only view them from the preview pane
Any idea how to fix it

In OE, open the menu tools, options, security. Uncheck "Do not allow
attachments to be saved .........etc etc" checkbox
