I need to see with what message the user is working on, to help with encoding
if needed. Message ID is in use in IMime Message interface, with which I can
get the message body with the help od ID.
How can I get this Message ID?

Hi - unfortunately, you're in the wrong newsgroup - this is for Windows XP.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and has its own groups.
Please post OE questions to the appropriate groups - for OE6, try
microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie6_outlookexpress

If this group isn't carried on the news server that's carrying this group,
try using news.microsoft.com as your NNTP server.

noticing that this group LACKS that in it's title.
