Outlook Express freezing on start up

Elton, Ilona & Justin Wright

When I initially click on my Outlook Express icon to start OE, it freezes
for about 30 seconds, before taking about a minute to open up so I can view
my email.

I have tried reinstalling via other hints that I have seen - is it best to
back up my mail, and do a complete uninstall and reinstall of OE, and IE?

Any hints appreciated.

I guess that the time delay is in dialing for a connection and downloading your e-mail
 
Unistalling Messenger has worked like a charm!!!
