Outlook Express Error???

Can someone tell me what this means & how do I correct it? I have a hp
pavilion 512w with windowsxp Thank you!!!
After I get the dialup & the computer says I am connected I get this
popup:
Up in the left corner it says Outlook Express. Below it says:
Some errors occurred while processing the requested task. Please review
the list of errors below for more details.
                                    Under
Errors
The connection to the server has failed. Account"mail heartland net'.
Server'127.0.0.1'.ProtocolPOP3,Port110, Secure(SSL): No,Socket
Error:10061, Error Number0x800CCC0E
at the bottom it says:
0 of 1 task has been completed
