OUTLOOK EXPRESS ERROR MESSAGE

Please can someone let me know what I'm doing wrong when
I get the following message after trying to download
messages in outlook express:

Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection.
Possible causes for this include server problems, network
problems, or a long period of inactivity.
Account: 'mail.incantation-online.co.uk(3)',
Server: '127.0.0.1', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure
(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F

The answer is in the error message you got. Your mail server should NOT be
127.0.0.1 Check that your AV program is not set to scan email. If it is,
turn it off and see if that helps
