What does the message below mean? I'm trying to RECEIVE
messages, and this is what I get?

Turn off the e-mail scanning in your anti-virus.

If you have Norton Anti-Spam, that can also be the cause of the
error.

Probably your Isp's email isn't working or has an outage
call them to find out.
