Outlook Express denies access to attachments

I have an AOL email account until one week from now. I'm
forwarding mail from AOL to my new bellsouth account in
Outlook express. I'd like to know: 1) How can I just have
all my email from the AOL account come directly to
Outlook Express and 2) How can I access attachments that
Outlook Express has denied access to. Please help

Tools-> Options-> tab Security-> option Do not allow attachments...

Note that this is an Microsoft Office Outlook forum.

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
family.
