when I send a message it sends but stay in the outbox as unsent & keeps
sending - an eror box comes up with no info in the deatils box & there is the
warnings in the status column of the tasks tab in the error box??

A few thoughts:

- One of the addresses is incorrect. (if it only happens occasionally.)
Double-click the message to edit, remove an address, try again.

- The server name or another parameter is incorrect (pop.insightbb.com
instead of mail.insightbb.com, e.g.).

- A SPAM filter or a/v plugin is not working correctly. I had a similar
problem.. removing the plugin got it working again.
