Outlook Outlook / Exchange issue

When replying to an e-mail with an international name, within the sent items, the To Field comes up with ? for each of the characters. Anyone come across this before – i need a solution!!



Using Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003. Does this in Outlook and owa.
