outlook exchange connexion

Hello everyone,

Today I've been trying to create a new Outlook 2003 e-mail account in order
to connect to a Microsoft Exchange Server. The problem is that when I start
Outlook I get the next message:

The bookmark is not valid.


I really don't know where does it comes from and what to do to resolve this
problem.
