Outlook Exchange and POPing emails messages.

I'm poping emails from my exchange 2003 server to a Treo 650 and
when I check my inbox on my computer emails show as read (no longer
bolded) because I POPed them. Can I set it to keep POPed messages as
unread (Bold) in outlook?
