when i start outlook ex i get error
pop3 and smtp can not be found
these are my servers
please help

It sounds like you have not entered the complete names of the pop3 and smtp
servers. Check with your ISP for the needed names. Compare those names to
what you have entered by using Tools> Accounts> Mail> Properties.
