Outlook Error message

I am continually getting a message that says

"A recently installed program may cause Microsoft Office
or other e-mail enabled programs to function improperly.
Outlook can resolve this conflict.......etc. When I
select yes outlook cannot resolve the conflict and
suggest I restart which makes no difference

I had recently installed and removed Eudora.

Try renaming mapi32.dll and then run fixmapi.exe.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
