Error Messages

When I try to use Outlook, I get a message that states "A recently installed
program may cause Microsoft Outlook or other email enabled program to
function improperly. Would you like Outlook to resolve..." When I click
yes, it comes back that it cannot.

Does anyone know what program I have that is in conflict? Some have
suggest Norton Anti-virus. Any thoughts/words will be much appreciated. I
would really like to use Outlook on this laptop. Thanks! Mary
