Outlook error message

When I click to open an attachment to emails in Outlook 2003, I get this
message:
"Can't creat file: C/Documents and
Settings\ReleaseEngineer.MACROVISION\Local Settings\Temporary
I....Right-click the folder you want to create the file in, and then click
Properties on the shortcut menu to check your permissions for the folder."
Anyone have any ideas?

Clear the Outlook Secure Temp folder.
