opening attachments in outlook 2003

Somehow my Outlook 2003 has lost the ability to open attachments. I get
following message. "Can't create file:right click folder you want to create
the file in, then click properties on sortcut menut to check your permissions
for this folder.'

If I try to save the file I get 'cannot save' followed by same message.
Cannot coo and save.

I'm able to open attachments from webmail, etc. Problem is in Outlook 2003.

It could be your cache is full. This typically occurs if you open an email,
open an attachment from that email, and then close the email leaving the
attachment open.
