outlook error message to microsoft on exit,

When i close down outlook it always sends an error message to microsoft
saying that it had to close unexpectedly. Im not very computer liteate so
pleas dont reply in computer talk. Spell each step in plain english please.

There are no steps to explain because you haven't provided enough details as
yet.

Please include your version of Outlook (Help > About), the type of email
account that you have (POP3 maybe?), what O/S you're using (Windows XP,
Vista, something else?), and if there are any error messages. If there are
error messages, please include them in their entirety.
